This product has literally transformed my life. Diagnosed with neuropathy in both feet four years ago, I suffered intense burning pain. After trying various prescriptions with no relief, I discovered ALA, which is effective for neuropathy. Starting with 600mg once daily, I can now stand for 60 minutes before pain starts. This improvement has allowed me to engage in daily activities like vacuuming and shopping again.

I purchased this product for my wife, who suffers from painful pins and needles due to medication for Crohn's Disease. After starting this ALA supplement, her debilitating symptoms have significantly lessened, allowing her to sleep and enjoy car rides again. While she occasionally experiences discomfort, it’s nowhere near as severe as before. ALA and Vitamin B have genuinely improved her quality of life.

Ineffective compared to others

I shifted from Nutricost's ALA capsules for nerve pain to this product, but I feel it’s less effective. I experienced restless leg symptoms while taking it and had no issues when I stopped. Additionally, I noticed odd side effects, like exceptionally bright urine. This product simply does not work as well for my needs, prompting me to return to Nutricost.
